High-rise & multifamily
Unit turns and full-building installs with the logistics that go with them — freight elevator scheduling, staged material delivery floor by floor, and work sequenced so occupied units stay livable.
Retail & shopping centers
Tenant build-outs and center-wide refreshes executed overnight or in phases, so the store opens on schedule and the concourse stays open while we work.
Hospitality
Guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and back-of-house. We work wing by wing against an occupancy calendar and hand each block back clean and ready to sell.
Gaming & casino
Gaming floors, restaurants, and public space in properties that never close. Every phase is planned around live operations, with the compliance and badging requirements that come with a gaming environment.
Corporate office
Full-floor and multi-floor installs, tenant improvements, and refreshes. Broadloom, carpet tile, LVT, and polished concrete, coordinated with furniture vendors and IT.
Healthcare & education
Infection-control protocols, sheet goods with heat-welded seams, static-dissipative flooring, and work windows that fit around patient care or the academic calendar.

National mobilization
Crews travel. We staff, house, and supervise our own people on out-of-state projects instead of subletting to whoever is local and available.
Self-performed
The people on your job work for us. That's why the schedule holds and why quality doesn't change between the mockup and the last floor.
Phased around operations
Nights, weekends, wing-by-wing, floor-by-floor. We plan around the building staying open, because most of ours do.
Substrate documentation
Moisture and flatness testing documented before installation, with results submitted to the GC. It protects the warranty and settles disputes before they start.
Insured & prequalifiable
General liability, workers' compensation, and the documentation your prequalification process requires. Bonding available by project.
Owner-led
Shawn has been on the tools since 1996 and still runs the work. On a commercial job that means decisions get made on site, not escalated.

We’ll send project names, square footage, scope, schedule performance, and general contractor references relevant to your market. If you need a completed prequalification package, insurance certificates, or a bonding letter, tell us the format and we’ll turn it around.
