Hardwood Installation

Hardwood in this climate lives or dies on acclimation and moisture control. We let material acclimate on site, test slab and subfloor moisture before install, and choose the fastening or adhesive method that matches your substrate — which on most Montgomery County slabs means engineered plank glued down, not solid nailed over a sleeper system.

What’s included

  • On-site acclimation before installation
  • Moisture testing of slab and subfloor
  • Solid nail-down and engineered glue-down
  • Stair treads, risers, and custom nosing
  • Trim, transitions, and finish work
